- 3 medium Sweet Potato (the orange kind, yams?)
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken (I have used breast and thigh, both work well)
- 3 or 4 medium apples (any variety)
- chicken broth (optional)
- water
Puree to desired consistency. For older babies do not thin out with additional water. Freeze in ice cube trays.
